Overview
Join the Commercial team at Rightmove as an Account Manager covering Cambridge & Essex. You’ll play a key role in growing client relationships, influencing client success on our platforms, and driving meaningful impact across a dynamic property market.
What you’ll be doing
* Win new business: Proactively target and acquire commercial agents in your region, introducing them to the value of advertising their properties on Rightmove.
* Grow strong partnerships: Manage both newly acquired and existing customers with regular face-to-face meetings, upselling across our product suite and ensuring long-term success.
* Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation through to conversion, take responsibility for building opportunities and achieving revenue growth.
* Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide conversations, run impactful review meetings, and help customers understand both their own business and the wider market.
* Deliver excellence: Ensure every account has a clear understanding of our products and pricing, providing tailored, value-added solutions that drive results.
* Collaborate for impact: Work closely with Telephone Account Managers, New Business Consultants, and internal teams like Customer Services and Finance to provide a seamless client experience.
* Represent Rightmove: Be a positive ambassador for our values and support your colleagues at regional and national meetings.
* Drive results: Overachieve on KPIs and revenue targets through persuasive, relationship-driven activity that adds measurable value for clients.
Who you are

* Sales experience: Proven B2B account management and new business development, ideally with face-to-face sales experience.
