Role: To create stability for young people and develop their life skills and opportunities through a range of community and home-based activities.

Our Social Care Services are carefully designed to provide specialist one-to-one advice and practical support on a range of development needs and complex issues. Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Experience of working with young people
Experience of Neurodiverse and challenging Behaviours (desired)

Working with young people with additional needs and challenging behaviour requires a very special set of personal traits. They need to be fun, energetic and willing to build relationships with this young people.
Excellent pay and travel allowances whilst transporting young person.
Paid from 15 miles mileage and 30 minutes travel time.
Continual professional development including training, opportunities, and supportive supervision.
Continuous support and monitoring from the case manager and the out of hours team.
