Veterinary Surgeon, near Poole
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong background in consults and surgery to join our well‑established independent veterinary practice in the local community.
Background & Scope
Our practice offers a bright, spacious environment with modern equipment. You will work to 15‑minute appointments as standard, with longer appointments for specific cases. There is no out‑of‑hours requirement and only one weekend (Saturday mornings) per week – a minimum of three days a week with Fridays required.
We encourage career development and support progression through specific certificates or areas of interest.
Your Role
* Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid UK practice licence.
* Provide 15‑minute consultations, longer as required.
* Deliver the highest quality care to all patients.
* Perform a variety of surgical procedures.
* Work no nights or out‑of‑hours; one Saturday morning per week.
Schedule
* Minimum 3 days per week (Friday mandatory).
* No overnight or out‑of‑hours duties.
* Saturday mornings only one week in five.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £40,000‑£65,000 (DOE).
