Company Description
We are a multi award-winning hair and beauty salon located in the village of Illogan, Redruth. We are organic and natural in the products we use, and the ethics and values of our company. We have free parking, and it's very accessible from the A30. Much easier than getting to Truro for example or Penzance.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Established Hairstylist located in Redruth. The Hairstylist will be responsible for performing a variety of hair care services such as cutting, coloring, and styling. Their day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and staying updated on the latest hair trends and techniques are also key responsibilities. In your down time, you will be required to help out with the needs of the salon such as restocking, cleaning and social media posting, and more. We work as a team and help one another when required and able.
Qualifications
* Hair Styling and Hair Care skills
* Level 2/3 Qualified
* Customer Service and Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Relevant certification in hairdressing
