Description As the Part-Time Finance Director, your role will include: Oversee financial strategy and governance across diverse investment portfolios. Manage group consolidations and produce accurate financial reports. Monitor investment performance and provide recommendations to optimise returns. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including offshore trust structures. Liaise with external advisors on tax planning and regulatory matters. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for group entities. Advise on risk management and financial controls across the organisation.Profile A successful Part-Time Finance Director should have: Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
