We have partnered with a leading Scottish luxury hotel group, and are looking for a skilled and proactive Property Maintenance Technician to help us keep our venues safe, efficient and looking their best. In this regional role, you'll support around 10 venues across Glasgow and the west, ensuring high-quality maintenance standards and delivering excellent service to guests, clients and the team. Key Responsibilities Building & Equipment Maintenance * Optimise overall property condition and quality, ensuring buildings remain safe, functional and compliant. * Provide first-line response to maintenance issues, carrying out effective fault-finding and repair. * Perform scheduled and planned maintenance tasks as directed by the Property Manager. * Undertake reactive maintenance and repairs swiftly to prevent escalation or major damage. * Maintain and service building systems, including plumbing, plant equipment, safety systems and general fixtures. Grounds & External Fabric * Oversee external building upkeep, including drainage, guttering and general grounds maintenance. * Contribute to the preservation of structural elements and external presentation.
