Blackpool Council are looking to recruit an SEN Officer to work within its Children's Services Department.
Responsibilities
* Working with parents, CYP and partners to co-produce, review and amend education, health and care plans
* Representing the local authority at Annual Reviews and appropriately challenging outcomes for CYP
* Managing the transition of CYP between local authorities and schools
* Engaging in individual casework
* Contributing to panel meetings
* Representing the SEND team at local and regional meetings and events as required
* Producing data in relation to CYP and casework
