Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Grantown-On-Spey. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. Day-to-day tasks include managing and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring food quality and consistency. The Chef De Partie will collaborate with other team members to execute menus and streamline kitchen operations.

* Proficiency in cooking and presentation skills, particularly within a specific culinary specialty
* Experience in kitchen management and training junior staff
* Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus
