Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate design delivery across multiple projects.
* Manage design teams, ensuring technical accuracy and quality control.
* Oversee design programmes, reporting and resource allocation.
* Liaise with clients, consultants and supply chain for design approvals.
* Ensure compliance with performance standards, regulations and company processes.
About You
* Experience in building façades, glazing or building envelope design.
* Proficiency with Revit (preferred), AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
* Strong technical understanding of façade materials, interfaces and buildability.
* Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder coordination skills.
* For Design Manager: leadership experience with design delivery accountability.
