This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our cutting-edge technology greenfield programs here at WTW where you will be a pivotal member in one of our teams developing the next generation of solutions for the insurance industry. You will work alongside other engineers as part of a close-knit agile development team to ensure our products meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Ownership of test strategies for features or whole applications
* Collaborate with the product stakeholders developers to define User Stories
* Collaborate with developers to resolve issues & achieve high levels of test automation
* Develop & execute functional & non-functional tests from unit to whole system and UX - manual & automated
* Investigate new tools and techniques, share best practice with other teams. Extensive years' experience working in software quality assurance roles or comparable
* Experience in taking ownership of a particular area of software quality assurance for either a product or a team function
* Strong UI & ideally API test automation experience with at least one of the following development languages:
* TypeScript and/or JavaScript
* C#
* Experience working in a "shift-left" culture and CI/CD, ownership / evangelism would be an advantage
* Performance testing experience would be an ideal, experience with Azure Load Test and JMeter would be a strong advantage
* Experience of data analysis using system monitoring / aggregation tools would be advantageous. At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
