TEMPORARY VACANCY – IMMEDIATE START – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Our client is seeking a friendly and organised Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact at theirResidential & Nursing Home in Plymouth. You’ll welcome visitors, manage calls and emails, and support the Home Manager and Administrator with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and residents in a professional, welcoming manner
* Handle calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
* Assist with diary management, recruitment, and record keeping
* Maintain accurate filing and GDPR compliance
* Support day-to-day admin and promote the home’s reputation
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional and approachable manner
* Attention to detail and discretion
* Previous administration or reception experience is a plus
