Social Network and Lifestyle Programme Coordinator

You will assist in planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme that encourages participation in a variety of activities. As part of our group-wide More... Programme, your focus will be on meeting residents' interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
About You
We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. It's important that you are organized, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, with potential pathways to roles such as Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
Knowledge and Experience
* An understanding of the role social interaction plays in wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions to groups and individuals.
* Ability to develop strong community links and deliver successful events.
* Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Ability to support the implementation of new concepts and ideas.
* Potential to develop through Lifestyle/Activities training and qualifications.
