Responsibilities
* Collaborating with your team leader to meet daily production goals
* Learn and master a variety of workflows in your specialist area
* Operate high-tech equipment to produce wafers efficiently and accurately
* Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
* Maintain accurate documentation and input data into FactoryWorks systems
* Support your teammates and contribute to shared success
* Build strong working relationships with Equipment and Process Engineers
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a Production or Manufacturing Environment
* Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 pm–7 am), 4 nights on/4 days off
* Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment
* A methodical approach and keen attention to detail
* A proactive, team-focused mindset
* Basic computer literacy
* Reliable timekeeping and attendance
* Ability to work towards production targets
* Must be 18+ and have the indefinite right to work in the UK
Shift pattern and role details
This role follows a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, meaning you will work four consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by four days off. Shifts rotate to include both weekdays and weekends, providing a balanced schedule with regular extended time off.
