Here at Stonewater, we're looking for a Head of Data to shape and drive our organisation's data strategy - someone who can align technology, insight, and innovation to unlock business growth and smarter decision-making.
Leading a high-performing team of analysts, developers, and engineers, you’ll provide guidance and oversight to ensure that data is accurately collected, analysed and presented to key stakeholders. You’ll oversee key supplier relationships - including nearshore and offshore partners - to ensure quality, value, and alignment with our objectives, and manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll establish strong data governance practices and enhance our analytics capabilities through predictive modelling, machine learning, and clear, actionable insights, whilst designing and maintaining a secure, scalable data architecture that supports evolving business needs. As our Head of Data, you’ll also be accountable for the migration of CRM data from legacy platforms into new enterprise CRM solutions.
What you’ll bring
1. Significant leadership experience in data-driven roles.
2. Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-wide data strategies.
3. Deep technical knowledge in data engineering, architecture, and analytics (e.g. SQL, Python, Azure).
4. Demonstrated expertise in CRM data migration and governance.
5. Experience leading high-performing data teams and managing supplier relationships.
6. Strategic mindset paired with a practical, hands-on leadership style.
7. Strong grasp of data governance, compliance, and information security frameworks.
8. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused in complex environments.
