The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team in an entry‑level role, ideal for someone eager to start their career in marketing within a dynamic e‑commerce environment. You’ll support across all areas of marketing, from paid media and social content to photoshoots and product launches.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, and a great opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Paid Media
* Assist in producing creative assets for paid channels (Meta, Pinterest, etc.)
* Support campaign setup with imagery and content ideas
* Work closely with the team to ensure assets are on-brand and optimised for performance
Social Media
* Support day‑to‑day management of Instagram and TikTok
* Schedule and publish posts
* Respond to DMs and comments, maintaining the brand tone of voice
* Assist with content creation and trend research
Photoshoots & Content Creation
* Help organise photoshoots (planning, styling, and on-the-day support)
* Coordinate the editing and delivery of content assets
* Ensure all content aligns with the brand vision
Marketing Coordination
* Work with the content calendar to keep campaigns and content on track
* Support new product launches and website updates
* Brief external agencies (e.g. email marketing agency) with content ideas and assets
Research & Admin
* Conduct competitor and market research
* Support with general day‑to‑day marketing tasks and reporting
About You
* A strong interest in marketing, social media, and e‑commerce
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Creative with a good eye for content and branding - can use Canva
* Proactive and willing to learn
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
