About this Role
We are looking to recruit a Head of Year acting as the primary pastoral leader, managing safeguarding, attendance and wellbeing, particularly for those students who are more vulnerable (including those with SEND, who are disadvantaged, Looked after, have a social worker or are Young Carers).

The ideal candidate will:
* be qualified in GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade 4 / C)
* have experience working with children of mixed age ranged, preferably in a school environment
* have experience working in a Pastoral role
* have excellent communication skills
