TheOperationalExcellenceManagerisresponsibleforthedesign,compliance,andcontinuousimprovementoftheoperationalframework.Thisrolefocusesoncontinuousimprovement,administration/documentation,processdevelopmentandcostcontroltoensureoperationalexcellenceandcompliance.Thisrolealsoencompassesallelementsoffacilitiesmaintenance,includingplantandequipment.

* CoverforOperationsManagerwhenabsent(annualleave/sickness)

* Buildandmaintainanoperationalforecastingtool.
