If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
The candidate should have a strong grasp and knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. He/she should also be competent in time management with great business acumen. Being savvy in content creation with strong communication skills is also a requirement as this role will be responsible for driving key messages as well as to ensure the tone of brand voice is consistent across all channels.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and growth.
* Produce creative brief and content to develop marketing assets and ensure highly effective messaging towards the relevant target audience.
* Plan timelines from development stage to deployment of marketing visual assets and communication materials across multiple touchpoints through social media, SEO/SEM, website, eDMs, online banners, mobile app and all other 3rd parties communication channels.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders to communicate marketing campaigns, activities, local store promotions, menu updates and promotional events effectively.
* Identify and initiate relationships with key partners, negotiate and prepare strategic marketing plans with each partner from conceptualisation to campaign launch.
* Measure, track ROI and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Analyse results with plans and forecasts to assess goals and meet KPIs.
* Prepare management reports on performance of digital marketing initiatives and promotions.
* Assess customer feedbacks and take actionable steps, where required to ensure the business is in line with its brand voice and vision.
* Coordinate and plan photoshoots and filming for content use.
* Perform administrative duties such as source for quotations, prepare reports and managing inventory of all marketing assets.
* Keep abreast of competitors activities and market trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
* Degree or diploma in marketing or related field.
* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad campaigns.
* Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Strategic and creative skill sets in content, copywriting and community management Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
* Able to lead, guide and motivate team members
* Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
* Strong passion for F&B industry
