As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you are on the front lines. We consider the oBDR role essential to our business success, as your contribution to the sales and marketing feedback loop significantly influences our go-to-market strategy. How You Will Make a Difference:
1. Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo’s solutions.
2. Partner closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
3. Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
4. Share learnings and best practices with the Outbound team to support peer success.
5. Reflect Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort.
Who You Are:
* Have 1+ years of experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company.
* Continuously seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it.
* Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals.
* Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented, self-starter, relentless yet professional.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
