Powder Coater
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater for our client based in Pershore. No previous experience is required as full training is provided, and you will learn the role on the job. Candidates with a manufacturing or machine-operating background will be highly desirable.
Your Role as a Powder Coater
* Learning powder coating processes on the go
* Working within a manufacturing environment
* Preparing products for coating
* Supporting machine operation where required
* Maintaining safe working practices
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
* No direct powder-coating experience required
* Manufacturing or machine-operating background desirable
* Willingness to learn and follow set procedures
* Good attention to detail
* Physically fit and reliable
* Positive team-focused attitude
Pay & Shifts
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 06:00 - 15:00
* 30-minute unpaid break each day
* £12.21 per hour
