About The Role
The Market Activation Director is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering improved market penetration in key markets, aligned to the go-to-market strategy. This role requires a strategic individual with a deep understanding of the professional services industry and the ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role includes leadership of a large team and holds significant budget responsibility of £3-5M. The individual will be collaborating with other members of the UK Sales and Marketing Senior Leadership Team, with broader function leadership responsibilities.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Shape and design integrated Sales and Marketing activities to drive market penetration in key sectors, segments, and geographies, ensuring alignment with strategic focus areas.
* Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, including Directors, to build high-performing teams, oversee budgets, and manage risks and dependencies.
* Foster innovation and efficiency by embedding new insights, ideas, and best practices from across the firm and the Sales and Marketing profession.
* Collaborate within the Sales and Marketing Leadership team, leveraging diverse skills and perspectives, enabling technology, and partnering with specialists to deliver better outcomes for people and clients while managing risk and aligning activities with business strategy.
