What we look for in a Sales & Events Manager:
* Develop and execute a pre-booked sales strategy to meet and exceed targets.
* Ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, surpassing customer expectations.
* Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication via email and phone.
* Maximise pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.
* Manage the Collins booking system.
* Oversee all social media platforms to promote events effectively.
* Collaborate with venue and central teams to ensure consistent event delivery.
* Gain insights into the local market, including potential clients and competitors.
* Create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year.
