What you will do Lead and undertake safeguarding enquiries (Section 42) under the Care Act 2014, ensuring that all actions are in the best interest of adults at risk. Complete comprehensive Care Act assessments to identify individual needs and eligibility for support. Develop and review person-centred and outcome-focused care and support plans. Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions in compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
