Car Sales Executive required for leading dealership based in Dunfermline
1. Basic Salary up to £30,000
2. Uncapped Commission – Realistic £49,300+ OTE

We are working with a well-established dealership that is looking to add an ambitious Car Sales Executive to its showroom team. This role offers strong earnings, excellent benefits, and clear progression for a proven sales professional.

5. Basic salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
6. Uncapped commission scheme – realistic OTE of £49,300+

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
16. Achieve monthly targets for new, used, and demonstrator vehicles, plus finance and insurance products
17. Complete accurate documentation in line with internal and FCA requirements
18. Appraise part-exchange vehicles and advertise stock promptly on digital platforms
19. Keep all demonstrator and display cars clean, fuelled, and ready for test drives
20. Conduct tailored product presentations and test drives that meet individual customer needs
21. Follow up leads, maintain CRM records, and provide timely customer updates
22. Work closely with marketing and aftersales teams to maximise sales opportunities
23. Produce regular sales performance reports for management review
Ideal Sales Executive Profile:
24. Minimum 1 year of vehicle sales experience (or comparable B2C sales background)
25. Full UK driving licence
26. Confident communicator, able to handle showroom and telephone enquiries
27. Strong admin ability with good IT skills
28. Target-driven, professional, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
