This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held roles such as OFSTED Children's Residential Home Manager or Children & Young Persons Home Manager. What You’ll Need: To be considered, candidates must have: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care – Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent) * Proven experience managing a children’s residential care home * Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks Key Responsibilities: * Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards * Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion * Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies * Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting * Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment Why Join?
