About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our outbound call centre team. As an Outbound Call Centre Agent, you'll be the voice of our business, reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote products, provide information, and generate appointments.
What You'll Do:
* Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
* Build rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the phone.
* Promote products and handle objections with professionalism.
* Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in engaging with people over the phone.
* A positive, resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection.
* Target-driven with a desire to achieve results.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centres is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
