Overview
Band 3 Team Administrator: Management Team, Acute and Urgent Care Directorate. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to work with the Management Team for the Acute and Urgent Care Directorate.
This vacancy would suit someone who has a wealth of secretarial experience. As the Team Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Service Lines within the Directorate. Minute taking is a key aspect of this role. You will also have the responsibility of the day to day running of the Cash Office.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the Team and cross-cover for peers in other Teams as required.
* Maintain a high standard of administrative work whilst carrying out your role.
* Plan and organise complex activities/programmes.
* Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external partners and arrange events for the Team at external venues.
* Take accurate minutes for the Team.
* Diary management for the Team Members.
* Undertake work processing of all documents to a high standard using the Trust style and appropriate referencing system.
* Utilise IT packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint competently.
* Act as a central point of contact for external and internal callers, making judgments regarding the dissemination of key information.
* Provide dedicated administration support to the Project 86 Team.
* Prioritise day-to-day work and manage activities effectively.
