The Role
We are seeking an experienced 3 PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial property disputes team within a boutique, partner-led law firm based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a pragmatic and commercially minded solicitor to work on complex, high-value property disputes and provide exceptional client service in a dynamic and collegiate environment.

* Specialist Practice: The firm is renowned for its expertise in commercial property dispute resolution, handling matters such as lease renewals and disputes, dilapidation's, possession claims, dispute of service charges, enforcement of restrictive covenants, enfranchisement, professional negligence, boundary and rights of way claims, and break notices.

Essential Experience:
* Excellent academics
* Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales
* Strong background in Property Litigation
* Be of at least 3 years PQE
