About the Role
Hatched Talent are proud to be partnering with a leading property maintenance and refurbishment business, supporting the search for two skilled Carpenters / Multi Trade Operatives to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on, mobile role covering a range of reactive and planned works across multiple regions ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their craftsmanship, thrives on variety, and enjoys working independently as part of a reliable national team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out carpentry and general multi-trade works across commercial and residential sites.
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works to a high standard.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality expectations.
* Travel to different sites as required (door-to-door travel paid).
* Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5 weeks, TBC).
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Trade Operative.
* Strong skills across general building trades (carpentry essential).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence (essential). xsngvjr
* Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
Package & Benefits
* Pay Rate: up to £40,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:0017:00
* Travel: Paid door-to-door
