Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Little Braxted, involves installing resin-bound surfacing solutions for various residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include site preparation, mixing and applying resin, ensuring precise installation, and maintaining professional quality standards. The role may also include handling tools and equipment safely, coordinating with team members, and interacting with clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
Qualifications
Experience with installation techniques, including site preparation, measuring, and fitting materials.
Familiarity with tools and equipment for surfacing and general construction; ability to handle physical tasks safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, seamless finishes.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Ability to comply with health and safety standards in an outdoor working environment.
Previous experience in resin-bound surfacing, landscaping, paving, or construction is a plus.
Valid driving license preferred for work-related transportation.
