Requirements

* Drive and motivation to achieve targets
* Ability to assess performance and implement improvement strategies
* Excellent sales and customer service skills
* Persuasive communication skills to understand and leverage client needs
* Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience under pressure
* Strong organizational and workload management skills

Responsibilities

* Research and communicate policy renewal information, ensuring clients receive appropriate advice
* Retain existing policies at renewal or through alternative options
* Follow up with clients who have canceled or defaulted on policies to resolve issues or generate new sales
* Respond proactively to client and insurer queries
* Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
* Maintain detailed product knowledge
* Promote a culture of compliance and regulatory adherence, including Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
* Take responsibility for personal development regarding industry knowledge and regulatory changes

Full and part-time positions are available, with 25-39 hours per week, hybrid work model (2 days in-office).
