NPP are recruiting for Tennant Liaison Officer on behalf of a market leader in the retrofit market. The candidate will be entrusted for managing the customer/resident relationship. Responsibilities * Consulting and supporting residents ensuring client satisfaction * Identifying tennants needs * Safely collating and recording client data * Dealing with residents issues and establishing reasonable resolutions * Developing effective working relationships between residents, clients and sub-contractors * Carry out resident inductions, to include scope of works and surveys * Resident profiling working with the site team to establish correct customer care * Agree access arrangements with the residents and booking appointments * Focus on social values and participating in community events and activities This role would suit someone with experience of a similar role, with strong interpersonal skills and eye for detail to keep and maintain records
