Responsible for managing end‑to‑end service delivery across major, complex commissions, ensuring client objectives are achieved through high‑value cost management. Manages cost and commercial consultancy services within the retail, hotels and leisure sector, applying deep sector knowledge to drive performance, strengthen client relationships and ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Delivering feasibility studies, business cases and procurement reports.
* Handling value management and early cost planning.
* Managing procurement, change control and valuations.
* Producing and presenting monthly cost reports.
* Driving value engineering and lifecycle costing.
* Agreeing final accounts and managing client interfaces.
* Supporting business development across the region.
* Overseeing line management and recruitment.
You’ll Need To Have
* Proven leadership of high‑performing consultancy teams.
* Strong experience delivering and winning work in the retail, hotels, leisure and global leisure sectors.
* Skilled in contracts, cost management and financial modelling, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Degree and professional membership preferred.
