Dependency Manager - OUTSIDE IR35

The role requires the ability to manage both delivery risks and opportunity dependencies, ensuring alignment to benefits and capability outcomes, not just schedules. Strong profiles will show experience in multi-vendor environments, integrating dependencies with commercial and delivery plans, and defining clear escalation routes and governance frameworks. Candidates should also demonstrate independent challenge, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to provide clear visibility of trade-offs, impacts, and critical path dependencies.
