Your responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant...
1. Assist the class teacher in the preparation of lessons and resources
2. Provide 1:1 support to students who require it
3. Supervise and support students during class activities
4. Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
5. Collaborate with teaching staff and parents/carers to ensure the well-being of students

6. Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (desirable but not essential)
7. Level 3 qualification (desirable)
8. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
11. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
