We’re seeking a driven and technically minded Technical Sales Engineer to join their highly skilled team which will be a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities while managing key client relationships across the UK and internationally .
It is key that the successful candidate has proven experience working as a Technical Sales Engineer, with strong working knowledge in instrumentation, sensors, controls etc.

Requirements
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a closely related technical discipline
* Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within aviation, instrumentation, or related fields
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills
* Confident presenting complex technical solutions to a range of stakeholders
* Proficient in generating accurate technical quotations and sales documentation
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel internationally
* Individuals with a background in aviation etc. are of particular interest.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell weather monitoring systems to airports and air navigation service providers (ANSPs) worldwide
* Develop new business leads and nurture existing client relationships
* Prepare technical proposals, sales forecasts, and quotations
* Conduct site surveys, pre-sales meetings, and client visits
* Collaborate with engineering and software teams to shape bespoke client solutions
* Contribute to marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events
* Maintain CRM records and follow-up on RFQs and sales leads
* Track and meet revenue targets while building long-term business development plans
