We’re looking for an Estimating Administrator to support our dynamic M&E Estimating & Bid Management teams. Reporting directly to the M&E Services Estimating Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, accurate and efficient running of our tendering process — from logging incoming enquiries to managing databases, collating tender documents and liaising with subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: * Providing first-class admin support to our Estimating and Bid teams. * Managing tender registration and document control, including drawing collation and filing. * Preparing subcontractor enquiry packs, chasing quotations and ensuring document accuracy. * Maintaining and updating key databases (Deltek PIM and Estimate Pipeline). * Uploading and managing tender correspondence, quote registers and resource trackers. * Supporting the team with submission preparation and post-tender document handling. * Acting as a key communication link between our internal team and external suppliers. * Assisting with handovers from tender to contract stage. The ideal candidate will have: * A meticulous eye for detail with excellent organisational skills. * Solid experience in an administrative or coordination role (preferably in construction/M&E). * Strong communication skills — able to build relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners. * Comfortable working with databases, document management systems (Deltek PIM experience is a bonus), and Microsoft Office. * A proactive, flexible, and team-first attitude — you’re always ready to step up and support. * The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
