Hours: 40 hours per week (over 7 days – hours between
8am-8pm to meet the business needs)

What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist, you will:
* Provide
a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and
positive first impression.
* Handle
and relay messages via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all
communications are passed to the relevant departments.
* Check
guests in on arrival, delivering 5-star customer service from the
moment
* Liaise
with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly
and efficiently
* Monitor
visitor access and maintain security awareness for the safety of
our guests and colleagues
* Support
with general administrative duties, including paperwork, reporting and
front-of-house organisation
* Deal
with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure
a swift resolution
* Maintain
a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure office supplies
are stocked
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player who
brings:
* At
least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service
role
* Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong
customer care instincts, with a calm and efficient approach to
problem-solving
* Great
attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Confidence
using Microsoft Office and booking systems
* A
flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part
of a rota
* Initiative
and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times
