Commercial Manager - Luxury Exhibition
£42,000 + 30% uncapped commission
Hybrid - Central London (min. 3 days in office)
We’re working with a purpose-driven events company, on a fantastic Commercial Manager role across their premium luxury exhibitions in London and Europe. These boutique and luxury events are the only ones dedicated solely to independent hotels, offering a high-end, experience-first platform for suppliers and buyers to connect.
This is a strategic commercial role focused on growing revenue through exhibition and sponsorship sales. You’ll work closely with the Event Manager and cross-functional teams to shape the event's commercial success and deliver stand-out experiences for clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship to new and returning partners
• Manage and grow key client accounts with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain an accurate CRM, sales ledger, and up-to-date floorplan
• Attend industry events to build relationships and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, ops, and content to shape event direction
• Create and present tailored partnership and sponsorship proposals
You’ll be:
* Proven track record selling high-value sponsorships for B2B events, with confidence pitching to senior decision makers
* Able to build and close your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and tailored proposals
* Commercially minded with a strong grasp of event revenue models, forecasting, and CRM pipeline management
