Job Description
Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established service delivery organisation seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Lead to oversee and support a busy team of Scheduling Coordinators.
This is a key operational role focused on ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial order through to successful installation. You will lead day-to-day scheduling activity, support team development, and work closely with field engineers and service delivery teams to ensure efficient, right-first-time outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of Scheduling CoordinatorsAllocate and manage daily workloads effectivelyMonitor team performance against key operational KPIsAct as the main escalation point for customer and engineer queries or issuesOversee scheduling, pre-siting, dispatch, and related workflow processesEnsure accurate and up-to-date system records across all scheduling activityIdentify and resolve issues impacting customer experience or installation deliverySupport reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with operational teams to improve efficiency and service outcomes
About You
Proven experience leading a scheduling, customer service, or operational support teamStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levelsExperience working with scheduling systems or CRM platformsAbility to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
