The Role
Reporting to the Service Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long‑term relationships
* Drive sales growth across multiple accounts, always keeping customer needs at the forefront
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies and quality standards
* Monitor account performance, track sales activity, and report on progress
* Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and fellow Account Managers
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to support strategic decision‑making
