🕒 Full-time | Hybrid – Site travel up to 2 days/week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. This Watford-based role offers a chance to play a key part in shaping quality assurance and control across multiple sites, supporting project success from the ground up.
You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive a strong quality culture and ensure standards are met and exceeded.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, monitor and report quality data (including NCRs and performance trends)
* Champion quality standards and help embed a quality-first culture
* Support the digital delivery of quality systems
* Assist in developing and delivering quality training across the business
* Contribute to internal communications around quality initiatives
* Help manage and deliver the internal audit programme
* Provide interim quality support where required
* Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues
✅ What You’ll Need:
* Strong experience in quality management on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
* Excellent knowledge of quality performance monitoring and compliance
* A relevant qualification in construction, engineering or quality management
* Chartered status or working towards chartership with CQI (or similar body)
* Flexibility to travel to project sites across the UK (up to 2 days/week)
