Overview
Alarm Communications Limited (ACL) is a specialist division of Marlowe Fire & Security Group delivering fire protection, commercial security and building management systems across the South East London area. We are seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to work with our established team and manage key accounts in education, healthcare, hospitality, commercial and stadium sectors.
Responsibilities
* Work with our established team and manage a selection of key accounts comprising prestigious large-scale commercial properties in education, healthcare, hospitality, commercial and stadium sectors, performing maintenance, reactive works and minor/small projects.
* Work on large-scale networked systems including Gent, Advanced, Notifier, Kentec, Morley and others. Most work is completed with a minimum of a two-person team; mentor apprentices and junior engineers.
* Ensure professional and exceptional workmanship on long-standing contracts with direct end-user relationships; receive time, support and resources to maintain systems at the highest standards, with extensive training to achieve expert status and a performance-based bonus scheme.

Qualifications
* At least 2 years' experience as a Fire Alarm Maintenance Engineer, working with a range of products and manufacturers.
* Experience maintaining multi-panel networked fire alarm systems.
* Customer-oriented, able to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Passion to continue learning and developing skills.
* Desire to install and maintain systems to the highest standards.
