The Lead nurse for acute medical receiving units in Clyde is a high profile role with responsibility for the safe and effective running of our AMU and MAU’s as well as Ambulatory Care services. The role holder will be an inspirational leader who can navigate through transformation activity whilst delivering an exceptional business as usual service. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are crucial in this role as is the ability to
drive high standards of person centred care.
The successful candidate will be highly proficient at balancing the needs of our patients, staff and performance measures, operating within strict budgetary requirements.
