Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. Responsibilities
* Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance nursery programmes.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills
* Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team effectively.
* Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
* Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to drive may be advantageous for transporting children or materials as needed.
* A nurturing attitude with a passion for supporting children's growth and learning.

Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
* Enhanced DBS check (essential).
