We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a passion for luxury to help lead our York Outlet store!
Position Details:
* Role: Assistant Store Manager – Full Time
* Location: York Outlet
* Hours per Week: 37.5
* Salary: £28,000 - £29,000

Role Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in driving business success with a passion for excellence
* Make strategic and analytical decisions to support sales, KPIs, and profitability
* Model and promote exceptional customer service standards
* Develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and engagement
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years retail management experience
* Experience in fragrance and beauty retail preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven leadership ability
* Strong commercial acumen
* Customer-centric approach
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations and some travel
