Overview
We’re hiring a Refrigeration Engineer – Isle of Wight
Vectis Refrigeration works across commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and facilities systems across the island.
Our engineers work locally on a wide range of sites including hospitality venues, supermarkets, schools, factories and leisure facilities.
The role includes service, maintenance and installation work.
Typical systems
* Commercial refrigeration
* Supermarket refrigeration systems
* CO2 and hydrocarbon refrigerants
* Air conditioning systems
* Heat pump systems
* Installation projects
* Planned maintenance and fault finding
Requirements
* Experience with commercial refrigeration
* F Gas certification
* Strong fault finding skills
* Full driving licence
Beneficial experience
* CO2 systems
* Hydrocarbon refrigerants
* CARE category systems
* IPAF or PASMA
* 18th Edition
* Installation experience
Training can be provided where needed.
Engineers work locally across the island with a variety of interesting sites.
What we offer
Salary typically £38k–£55k depending on experience and capability. Overtime available.
