The Company

Our client is a respected name in the corporate relocation sector, delivering seamless domestic and international moves by air, sea, rail and road. From pre-move surveys and packing through to customs clearance, storage and insurance, they manage the entire journey with a single point of accountability that their clients trust completely.


The Role


As Rates & Pricing Coordinator, you'll work directly alongside the Rates and Commercial Pricing Director — learning the craft of international move pricing from someone who knows the industry inside out.


Day to day, you'll be compiling and analysing rates from overseas agents and global partners, maintaining pricing data within internal systems, and producing CRM-driven reports that inform real commercial decisions.


You'll manage departmental inboxes, support inbound lead tracking, and help monitor agent performance and market trends — all contributing directly to the company's profitability and competitive positioning.


This isn't a siloed admin role. You'll be working closely with a senior director, gaining a deep understanding of international pricing strategy, supplier relationships and commercial decision-making — building the knowledge and confidence to step up into a Rates Manager position as your career develops.


What We're Looking For


* Some experience within the removals or international moving industry and a genuine enthusiasm for the HHG sector
* A solid administration background with strong organisational skills
* Confident Excel ability and comfort working with data and reports
* Good communication skills — you'll be liaising with rate departments and agents at international partner companies
* A proactive, commercially curious mindset with a keen eye for detail
* A dedicated home workspace and the self-discipline to thrive in a remote working environment



What's On Offer


* £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
* Fully remote/work-from-home with standard hours of 9am–5pm
* Dedicated one-to-one training and mentorship from the Rates and Commercial Pricing Director
