We're on the hunt for a seasoned Performance Marketing Meta Ads expert who’s ready to jump in, get results, and work flexibly as part of a tight-knit, highly experienced team.
About the Role
This is not your run-of-the-mill agency gig. We work with ambitious brands across the UK, Australia and the US, and we take their success personally. You’ll be responsible for managing Meta ad campaigns (and ideally TikTok too), building strong client relationships, and ensuring your accounts perform with consistency and clarity. You’ll also work closely with our creative team to help craft the kind of assets that actually convert.
This is a part-time contract role, working 2–3 days per week. Perfect for someone who wants variety and ownership without the grind of a full-time agency job.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing Meta ad accounts for UK-based eCommerce brands (AU and US markets a bonus)
* Collaborating with creative teams to brief and review high-performing ads
* Reporting on results, analysing performance, and communicating insights to clients
* Taking full ownership of account outcomes and identifying ways to support client success (even beyond ads)
* Working autonomously with new tools and platforms – you’re the kind of person who figures things out quickly
Must-Haves
* 4+ years’ experience managing Meta ads (agency or in-house)
* Proven track record in the UK market (AU/US experience a bonus)
* Deep understanding of creative strategy across different verticals
* Excellent client communication skills – you can explain performance clearly and confidently
* Tech-savvy with a strong "get stuff done" attitude
* Experience with performance reporting and optimisation strategies

Pay
Based on your experience and availability, pay will range from £1,500 to £2,500 per month (approx. $3,000 to $5,000 AUD).
