We're looking for a Business Developer that has either experience in the Recruitment Industry or Logistics Industry, to join our busy business. You will have the whole of the Midlands to Sell into. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for that freedom in a sales role to sell and develop their own area.
What you’ll be doing:

Building strong relationships with logistics businesses across the Midlands and beyond

Winning new accounts and expanding existing ones with tailored recruitment solutions

Driving revenue growth by selling our trusted recruitment services

Working closely with our operations team to deliver excellence every time
What we’re looking for:

Proven sales background – this is non-negotiable

Experience in logistics or recruitment is a bonus, but not essential
